I’m a fully qualified acupuncturist with over 15 years of clinical experience, with a particular focus on fertility, women’s health and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is individual to each person, drawing on my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside many years of clinical practice and specialist postgraduate training.

Fertility has been a major focus of my clinical work for many years. I support individuals and couples who are trying to conceive naturally, preparing for IVF or other assisted fertility treatment, as well as those looking for support following pregnancy loss.
Before establishing my clinics in North Yorkshire and Teesside, I spent 12 years working within a busy specialist fertility acupuncture clinic in Leeds. This gave me extensive experience supporting clients through a wide range of fertility journeys and working alongside different IVF clinics and treatment protocols.
Fertility acupuncture is always tailored to the individual and where they are in their treatment. Sessions may be used alongside fertility treatment to support general wellbeing, manage stress and provide consistent, individualised care during what can be a demanding time both physically and emotionally.

I’m a fully qualified acupuncturist with over 15 years of clinical experience and a member of the British Acupuncture Council.
My training began with a four-year degree in acupuncture, giving me an extensive grounding in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture theory, Western medical sciences and supervised clinical practice.
I went on to spend 12 years working within a busy specialist fertility acupuncture clinic in Leeds. During this time, fertility became a significant area of my clinical work, supporting clients trying to conceive naturally as well as those undergoing IVF, ICSI and more complex fertility treatment.
Since establishing my own practice, I have continued to develop this specialist interest through postgraduate fertility and reproductive health training. I also continue to receive regular professional supervision, which gives me the opportunity to discuss complex cases and continually reflect on and develop my clinical practice.
My experience means I’m familiar with a wide range of fertility treatment approaches and IVF protocols, allowing acupuncture treatment to be adapted around the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
