Northallerton & Yarm Acupuncture Clinic-Finding Calm & Balance With Acupuncture Near Stockton & Middlesbrough.
With 14 years of experience, Rachael offers acupuncture in Yarm and Northallerton—supporting clients from Stockton and Middlesbrough with stress, sleep, pain, and emotional well-being.
In a world that often moves too fast, many of us carry more stress, more aches, and more mental noise than we’d like. Whether it’s a busy job, disrupted sleep, chronic pain, or simply feeling out of balance—sometimes our bodies need a little support to reset.
That’s where acupuncture can help.
A Gentle Way to Support Your Health
Acupuncture is a gentle, time-tested therapy that works with your body to restore balance and improve how you feel—physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s known to help with a wide range of conditions, from stress and anxiety to poor sleep, muscle tension, hormonal imbalances, and chronic pain.
Treatments are calm, tailored, and deeply restorative. Many of my clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease in themselves—like they can finally breathe again.
Hello – I’m Rachael
I’m Rachael, a fully qualified acupuncturist with over 14 years of clinical experience. I recently relocated from Leeds and now offer treatments from peaceful clinics in Yarm and Northallerton.
While I specialise in fertility support, I also work with a wide range of conditions—helping people with everything from stress, sleep disturbances, back and neck pain, PMS, digestive health, and more.
Since moving to this area, I’ve loved getting to know and support clients from Stockton, Middlesbrough, and the surrounding towns. I offer a calm, caring space where you can feel fully listened to, and treatments are always adapted to what you need that day.
How Can Acupuncture Help?
Here are just a few of the ways acupuncture may support your overall wellbeing:
1. Reduce Stress & Anxiety
Life’s pressures build up—physically and emotionally. Acupuncture can help relax your nervous system, ease anxious thoughts, and support emotional regulation,
2. Improve Sleep
If your mind feels busy at night or you struggle to fall—or stay—asleep, acupuncture can help regulate your sleep-wake cycle. Many clients from Stockton and Middlesbrough report deeper, more restful sleep after just a few sessions. By calming the nervous system and addressing underlying imbalances, acupuncture can gently guide your body back into a healthy rhythm.
3. Ease Muscular & Joint Pain
Whether it’s tight shoulders, lower back pain, tension headaches, or chronic joint discomfort, acupuncture works by improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and helping the muscles release. It’s a natural, drug-free option for pain relief that many people in Stockton and Middlesbrough turn to when they want lasting results and a more balanced body.
4. Support Hormonal Health
From PMS and perimenopause to irregular cycles or emotional ups and downs, acupuncture helps regulate hormonal function by supporting the body’s internal communication systems. Treatments can be tailored to support your cycle, improve energy, and ease symptoms of hormonal imbalance.
5. Encourage Emotional Balance
We all go through times when things feel heavier or more overwhelming. Acupuncture offers a quiet space to reconnect, reset, and release what your body may be holding. It’s not unusual for clients to feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to cope emotionally—even when external stresses haven’t changed.
